The Original Document/Instrument is executed by the Owner through his Power of Attorney holder/Constituent Attorney. Pursuant to the request of the Purchaser, the Owner is confirming the document/instrument executed by his/her Power of Attorney Holder/ Constituent Attorney. This is the precedent of the same.
