SUIT FOR A DECLARATION THAT THE AGREEMENT STANDS VALIDLY TERMINATED

The Parties had entered into an agreement. One party has terminated the Agreement. This is a precedent of a suit for a declaration that Agreement is validly terminated and for consequential reliefs.
