RETIREMENT OF A PARTNER AND ADMISSION OF A NEW PARTNER IN A LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This is a precedent of Deed of Retirement of a Partner and Admission of a new Partner in a Limited Liability Partnership amongst partners where one partner is retiring from the LLP as Partner and one of the other parties is joining the LLP as Partner.
