RETIREMENT OF A PARTNER IN A LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

This is a precedent of Deed of Retirement of a Partner in a Limited Liability Partnership wherein one of the Partners is retiring from LLP and the continuing Partners have mutually agreed to continue the LLP and business of LLP as Continuing Partners.
