ESCROW AGREEMENT IN RESPECT OF ESCROW DEPOSIT

This is the precedent of an Escrow Agreement between the Owners and Developers wherein the parties have appointed an Escrow Agent for deposit of money by the Developers, to comply with the conditions of payment of money as set out in Development Agreement.
