POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY

This is the precedent of Power of Attorney for development of property executed in favour of the representative/s of the Developer/s to develop the property in accordance with the Development Agreement and to enable the Developer/s to act for and on his behalf and to do all other acts and things as detailed in the Power of Attorney.
