GUARANTEE FOR PAYMENT OF GOODS TO BE SUPPLIED TO TRADESMAN

This is the precedent of a Deed of Guarantee executed by the Guarantor in favour of the Principal guaranteeing that on supply of goods by the Principal under the original contract for supply of goods, the Guarantor has guaranteed the payment in the manner set out therein.
