CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
The Notice of Lis Pendens was registered by the Plaintiffs with the concerned Registrar/Sub-Registrar of Assurances under the provisions of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 in respect of a Civil Suit filed by them against the Defendants in respect of certain immovable properties. As per the settlement arrived by the parties before the Hon’ble Court, the said Notice of Lis Pendens need to be cancelled and/or withdrawn.
