POWER OF ATTORNEY TO ADOPT LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

This is the precedent of a Power of Attorney, a document wherein the principal authorizes the Attorney to adopt legal proceedings and enforce the rights and claims on behalf of the principal and look after and attend all affairs of the principal in relation to the principal’s legal proceedings as enumerated in the Power of Attorney.
