POWER OF ATTORNEY TO DEFEND LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

This is the precedent of a Power of Attorney, wherein the principal authorizes the Attorney to defend and look after and attend to all the affairs of the principal relating to the legal proceedings as detailed in the Power of Attorney.
