Promoter and Allotee(s) Agreement under RERA

AGREEMENT TO BE BETWEEN PROMOTER AND ALLOTEE(S) UNDER RERA (BASED ON THE PRESCRIBED FORM OF AGREEMENT)

This is a precedent of an Agreement to be entered into between the Promoter and Allottee(s) under RERA wherein the parties are relying on the confirmation, representations and assurances made by each other being applicable to them upon the terms and conditions as detailed in the Agreement.
