PETITION FOR RECOGNITION OF FOREIGN DECREE OF DIVORCE AND DECLARATION AS TO THE MATRIMONIAL STATUS OF ANY PERSON

The Petitioner and the Respondent are validly divorced as per the Decree passed by the Foreign Court, however, they need declaration of their matrimonial status as divorcee to change their names in various records. This is the petition for the same.
