DEED OF PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST

This is a precedent of Deed of Private Family Trust for creation of private trust and wherein the Trustees of the settlement accept to act as Trustees in order to effectuate the desire of the Settlor and other good causes and in consideration of love and affection which the Settlor bears towards the beneficiaries upon the terms and conditions detailed therein.
