DEED OF DISSOLUTION IF PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN TWO PARTNERS WHERE ONE OF THEM IS TAKING OVER THE BUSINESS

This is a precedent of Deed of Dissolution of Partnership between two partners where one of them is taking over the Business from the other partner by mutually dissolving the business of the partnership firm and continuing partner shall continue business as Sole Proprietor.
