RERA – COMPLAINT AGAINST DEVELOPERS /PROMOTERS FOR COMPENSATION FOR DELAY IN HANDING OVER THE POSSESSION OF THE UNIT AND FOR CONSEQUENTIAL RELIEFS

This is a precedent of Complaint to be filed before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority under the provisions of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) against the Developers/Promoters/Builders seeking possession of the Unit, flat, office, plot as also compensation for delay in handing over the possession and other consequential reliefs.
