Transfer Deed between Owner and Incoming Tenant when Outgoing Tenant has transferred his monthly tenancy

DEED OF TRANSFER WHEREBY INCOMING TENANT IS PAYING CONSIDERATION TO THE TRASNFEROR TO ACQUIRE ALTERNATE ACCOMODATION ON OWNERSHIP BASIS FOR THE OUTING TENANT

This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer wherein the outgoing Tenant has with the consent of landlord agreed to transfer his monthly tenancy in tenanted property in favour of the Incoming Tenant and handover possession of the same upon terms and conditions as detailed in the Deed.
