TRANSFER OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY BY TRUSTEES TO BENEFICIARY

This is a precedent of Deed of Conveyance/Transfer Deed whereby the Trustees of the Private Trust are transferring the immovable property in favour of the beneficiaries in terms of the Deed of Trust.
