DEED OF ASSIGNMENT OF BUSINESS, GOODWILL AND IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

DEED OF INDEMNITY AGAINST THE PARTNERSHIP LIABILITIES WHERE ONE OF THEM IS TAKING OVER THE BUSINESS

This is the precedent of a Deed of Indemnity wherein on account of the dissolution of Partnership, the obligor shall continue the business as a sole proprietor and indemnifies the oblige from all past, present and future liabilities of the partnership firm as detailed in the Deed of Partnership.
