DEED OF INDEMNITY IN RESPECT OF TITLE TO THE PROPERTY

This is the precedent of a Deed of Indemnity whereby the obligor/owner of an immovable property indemnifies the obligee/Purchaser against any loss, damage, demand, action, dispute, claim and other costs and charges that may be sustained by the obligee/Purchaser on account of the representations made in the Deed of Conveyance.
