This is the precedent of the suit/plaint for infringement of Trademarks, copyright and passing off (Composite Action) to restrain the Defendant from infringing the Plaintiff’s trademark, copyright and pass off the Plaintiff’s goods as of Defendant and for consequential reliefs.
