PETITION UNDER SECTION 39 OF THE GUARDIAN AND WARDS ACT, 1890 FOR REMOVAL OF A GUARDIAN EARLIER APPOINTED BY THE COURT

The Guardian of the Minor was appointed by the Court. However, it appeared that the guardian was not acting in the interest and welfare of the minor and such guardian needs to be removed. This is the precedent of Guardianship Petition under section 39 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 for Removal of person as a guardian of the minor as appointed by the Court.
