DEED OF FAMILY ARRANGEMENT

DEED OF TRANSFER AND RELEASE PURSUANT TO THE PARTITION OF HINDU UNDIVIDED FAMILY BETWEEN ITS MEMBERS/COPARCENERS

This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer and Release executed between the Karta and the other members of the HUF pursuant to the Deed of Partition as set out therein for transferring the premises falling in the share of the Transferee and to record the Agreement between them to complete the transaction of transfer and release of the respective shares between the members of HUF.
