AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

ESCROW AGREEMENT IN RESPECT OF RECEIVABLES (SECURED TO BANKS) ARISING FROM THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY

This is the precedent of an Escrow Agreement executed between the Borrower and the Banks from which the borrower has availed loan facility for development of property belonging to the Borrower and for its due discharge of the loan of the Banks in the manner set out therein.
