NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-SOLICIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLIENT AND AN ATTORNEY

This is a precedent of Non-Disclosure and Non-Solicit Agreement executed between the Client and its Attorney to maintain total confidentiality of all its information which may be disclosed to the Attorney in the course of providing services as detailed therein.
