DEED OF RELEASE OF SHARE IN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

LEASE

The Lessor is the Owner of the Plot of land giving the same on long lease to the Lessee. This is the precedent of an Indenture of Lease whereby Lessor is giving his plot of land on long lease to Lessee with the right to construct building/s on the same.

AGREEMENT FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

The Vendor is the Owner of an Immovable property, who has agreed to sale the same to the Purchaser. This is the precedent of an Agreement for sale.

AGREEMENT FOR REDEVELOPMENT OF THE PROPERTY OWNED BY A CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY

This is a precedent of an Agreement for Redevelopment of the Property owned by a Co-operative Housing Society upon terms and conditions as agreed between the parties for redevelopment of the property as detailed in the Agreement.

PETITION FOR CANCELLATION OF THE REGISTERED DESIGN

A particular design is registered under the Designs Act, 2000 and rules framed thereunder. The Applicant desires to challenge the same. These are the precedents of a petition for cancellation of the registered design along with Statement of facts and affidavit of evidence in support of the Petition.

DEED OF SIMPLE MORTGAGE

This is a precedent of Deed of Simple Mortgage. The Simple Mortgage gives full right to cause the property to be sold through a court of law and recover Mortgage debt if Mortgagor fails to pay the Mortgage Debt to the Mortgagee.

DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

This is a precedent of a Development Agreement of an immovable property of the owner to be developed by the Developer.

DEED OF TRANSFER OF AN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY FROM EXECUTOR TO LEGATEE

This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer of an immovable property by Executor to Legatee under the will. The deceased has died leaving a Will (which is probated) under which the particular property is to be transferred to the legatee.

DEED OF RELEASE OF SHARE IN AN ANCESTRAL IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

The Releasor, being the co-owner of the property, desirous of releasing his share in an ancestral property in favour of another co-owner. This is the precedent of Deed of release of share in an ancestral property.
