AGREEMENT OF TENANCY

LEASE OF LAND TOGETHER WITH THE BUILDING

The Lessor is the Owner of the Plot of land together with the building thereon, giving the same on long lease to the Lessee. This is the precedent of an Indenture of Lease whereby the Lessor is giving his plot of land along with the building on long lease to the Lessee.

AGREEMENT OF BUSINESS SERVICES

The Owner of the fully furnished Commercial Premises has equipped the said premises with all the business facilities such as computers, copying machines, Communication System etc. and is running a business Centre services from the said premises. This is a precedent of the Agreement for providing business Service facilities to the Client.

This is a precedent of a suit to be filed before the Small Causes Court for recovery of possession on the ground that the Tenant has committed any act contrary to the provisions of clause (o) of section 108 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 in violation of 16(1) (a), 16(1) (b) of the Maharashtra Rent Control Act, 1999 by damaging the suit premises and carrying out structural changes of a permanent nature.

LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ADVERTISEMENT HOARDING

The Owner of the hoarding for advertisement is desirous of giving the same on leave and license basis to a third party. This is the precedent of leave and license agreement in respect of hoarding for the advertisement.

AGREEMENT OF TRANSFER OF TENANCY

The existing tenant is desirous of transferring his tenancy rights in favour of an incoming tenant with the consent of the landlords. This is the precedent of an agreement of transfer of tenancy with the consent of the landlords (FOR STATE OF MAHARASHTRA).

APPLICATION FOR EVICTION OF TENANT UNDER SECTION 14(1)(e) OF DELHI RENT CONTROL ACT, 1958 (AS AMENDED UPTO DATE) ON THE GROUND OF BONAFIDE REQUIREMENT OF THE LANDLORD

The Landlords/Owners are desirous of transferring the ownership of the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the Tenant is surrendering his tenancy rights so that the Purchasers get the ownership of the premises with the vacant possession from the Tenant. This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer by which the Landlord is transferring the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the existing Tenant is surrendering the tenancy rights.
