This is a precedent of the Agreement for providing business Service facilities to the Client.

LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COMMERCIAL PREMISES

The Owner of a Commercial place is desirous of giving the same on leave & license basis for a temporary fixed period. This is a precedent of an Agreement of Leave and license of the Commercial Premises.

LEAVE AND LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL PREMISES

The Owner of a residential flat is desirous of giving the same on leave and license basis for a temporary fixed period. This is a precedent of an Agreement of Leave and License of the residential premises.

SERVICE TENANCY AGREEMENT

The Employers are the Owners of the premises/flat. The Employer is creating temporary tenancy in respect of the same in favour of its employee for and during the period of his employment. This is the precedent of an agreement of service tenancy (FOR STATE OF MAHARASHTRA).
