This is a precedent of an affidavit in support of Caveat challenging the Will sought to be probate. When the probate petition for probating the Will is filed, to challenge the genuineness of the Will one needs to file an Affidavit in Support of Caveat setting out reasons and grounds of challenge to the Will.
