By this Waqf Deed, the Waqif (Founder) is creating the Waqf by permanently, absolutely, and irrevocably dedicating his certain properties for (i) maintenance of himself and his family and descendants as also (ii) for religious, pious, and charitable purposes as recognized by Muslim Law (Partly for private purposes and partly for public purposes)
