DECLARATION OF PRESUMPTION OF DEATH (PERSON MISSING AND UNHEARD OF FOR SEVEN YEARS)

A person is missing and not traceable and/or unheard for Seven years or more. His family members desire to make a declaration to that effect to enable them to transfer the property. This is the declaration for the same.
