The Society has not responded to the Application of the proposed member for becoming the member of the Society claiming through the Developer and which Society is registered under The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. This is an application to the Registrar/Deputy Registrar under Section 22(2) of The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 for a declaration that the Applicants are deemed to have been admitted as members of the Society and are members of the Society.
