GUARANTEE FOR PAYMENT OF DEBT BY INSTALMENTS

This is the precedent of a Deed of Guarantee wherein the Guarantor has agreed to pay the Principal a sum of money of a third party in the manner as set out therein and due to the Principal under the original contract detailed therein.
