CONVEYANCE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY OF AN INTEREST/SHARE IN PROPERTY

The Vendor is the Owner of undivided share in the immovable property along with other Co-Owners. This is a precedent of the Deed of Conveyance whereby the Vendor is transferring its undivided share in the property to the Purchaser.
