AGREEMENT AMONGST SHAREHOLDERS OF SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE COMPANY

DEED OF DECLARATION, WARRANTY AND INDEMNITY BY THE SELLERS OF THE SHARES IN A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY

This is a precedent of Deed of Declaration, Warranty and Indemnity by the Sellers of the shares in a Private Limited Company wherein the seller indemnifies the purchasers against any loss, damage, claim, costs and charges sustained by the purchasers on any of the representations made by the seller as detailed in the Deed.
