This is a precedent of an agreement with the Model whereby Model’s Services are engaged to act as Model in the advertisement film.

AGENCY AGREEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION OF THE CINEMATOGRAPHIC FILM WITHIN INDIA FOR THEATRICAL RIGHTS ON ADVANCE BASIS

This is a precedent of the agency agreement for distribution of the film within India for theatrical rights on advance basis.

The author of a novel desires to assign the rights in the novel/book for making a cinematographic film based on the said novel. This is a precedent of an assignment of rights in the novel/book for making of a cinematographic film.

This is the precedent of a Cease and desist Notice for infringement of the trademark being the title of the feature film. The producers are the registered proprietor of the trade mark being the title of the film. Someone is in infringement of the Producers’ proprietary right in the said title making a film with the same title.

ACQUIRING SHARE IN THE DISTRIBUTION RIGHTS OF THE CINEMATOGRAPHIC FILM ACQUIRED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR/AGENT

The Distributor has already acquired distribution rights in the Film. Someone wants to acquire share in the said film distribution rights. This is the precedent of an agreement to acquire share in the Film Distribution rights already acquired by the Distribution.

ARTIST’S MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

The Artist needs the services of the Manager to grow and market the Artist in the entertainment industry. This is a precedent of Artist’s management agreement between the Artist and the Managers.
