DEED OF FAMILY ARRANGEMENT

This is a precedent of Deed of Family Arrangement executed between members of one family holding several movable and immovable properties in one or other names of the parties and being desirous of separating from joint properties have mutually decided to re-allocate their respective rights and interests in the joint properties upon the terms and conditions set out therein.
