POWER OF ATTORNEY BY A COMPANY ALONG WITH RESOLUTION BY THE COMPANY FOR APPOINTMENT OF A CONSTITUTED ATTORNEY

This is the precedent of a Power of Attorney, a document wherein the limited Company appoints and authorizes some fit person as its Attorney to act in, conduct and manage and look after the affairs if the company for the purposes as detailed in the Power of Attorney, along with the precedent of a Resolution passed at the Meeting of Board of Directors of the limited Company for appointment of the Constituted Attorney.
