DEED OF EXTENSION OF PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST

RELEASE OF A LIFE INTEREST IN THE TRUST

The Releasor has life interest in the immovable property held by the Trustees under the Trust and upon her demise the said immovable property would vest in the Releasee.By this Deed the Releasor is giving up her life interest and gives consent to the trustees to forthwith and during lifetime of the releasor transfer the immovable property to the Releasee.
