DECLARATION OF TRUST CREATED UNDER THE WILL OF THE DECEASED

The deceased had made a Will under which he has created a private trust which needs to be brought in force by the Executors/Trustees appointed under the Will. This is the precedent of declaration of trust created under the Will of the deceased.

DEED OF RETIREMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW TRUSTEE OF PRIVATE FAMILY TRUST

This is a precedent of Deed of Retirement and Appointment of new Trustee of Private Family Trust wherein the retiring Trustee is desirous to retire and be discharged as Trustee and the incoming Trustee has expressed his readiness to act as Trustee with other Trustees in the Trust upon terms and conditions of such change as detailed therein.

LOCK OUT AGREEMENT

The parties intend to sell and buy the property/flat etc. However, the negotiations and finalization may take some time. Pending the same, they want to bind each other for the specific time to enable them to finalise the terms and arrive to the proper contract. This is a precedent of lockout agreement for the above purpose.

DEED OF TRANSFER OF A FLAT FROM EXECUTOR TO LEGATEE

This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer wherein the Executor of the Probated Will of the Deceased is formally transferring the property mentioned therein to the Beneficiary/Transferee upon terms and conditions as detailed in the Deed.
