ENGAGING A MODEL FOR ADVERTISING THE PRODUCT

This is a precedent of an agreement with the Model whereby Model’s Services are engaged to act as Model in the advertisement film.

This is a precedent of an Agreement of Appointment of Consultant wherein one party has agreed to engage professional or technical services of another party upon terms and conditions as detailed in the Deed.

EMPLOYING A STORY WRITER

This is a precedent of an agreement with the Story Writer whereby Story Writer’s services are engaged to write story, screenplay and dialogues in the Cinematograhpic Film.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

This is a precedent of an Agreement recording the terms and conditions of employment by the Employer for its individual employees.

NON DISCLOSURE AND NON-SOLICIT AGREEMENT WITH THE EMPLOYEE

This is a precedent of Non Disclosure and Non Solicit Agreement between the Employer and the Employee whereby the Employee is agreeing to maintain the total confidentiality about all the sensitive information of the Employer during and after the employment and about other terms.

NON-DISCLOSURE, NON-SOLICITATION AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT

This is a Composite Agreement of Non-Disclosure, Non-Solicitation and Non-Compete between two parties in respect of their business transaction to safeguard their respective confidential information exchanged during the period of transaction and thereafter, to safeguard direct dealing with their customers/clients and to ensure that after knowing all the trade secrets competitive business is not started for a fixed term.

ARTIST’S ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This is a precedent of an agreement between the Film Producer and the Artist (Actor/Actress) whereby Artist’s Services are engaged in the feature film to play a role on the agreed terms and conditions.

ARTIST’S MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

The Artist needs the services of the Manager to grow and market the Artist in the entertainment industry. This is a precedent of Artist’s management agreement between the Artist and the Managers.
