NON-DISCLOSURE AND NON-SOLICIT AGREEMENT WITH THE EMPLOYEE LEAVING THE ORGANISATION

This is a precedent of Non Disclosure and Non Solicit Agreement between the Employer and the Employee leaving the organization is agreeing to maintain the confidentiality about the sensitive information which employee has received during the course of employment and for other terms.
