DEED OF RECTIFICATION

SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY IN RESPECT OF A FLAT IN A CO-OPERATIVE HOUSING SOCIETY

This is a Special Power of Attorney in respect of a Flat which is sold. It is an instrument wherein before the Flat is fully and effectually transferred to the Transferee, the Principal/Owner of a flat in a co-operative housing society authorizes the Transferee to do all acts and things that may be necessary or required to be performed in the course of dealing in respect of the Flat as mentioned in the Power of Attorney. With minor modification this precedent can be used for shop and other commercial premises.
