SURRENDER OF TENANCY RIGHTS

LICENSE AND EVICTION SUIT FOR EVICTION OF GRATUITOUS LICENSEE UNDER THE SECTION 41 OF THE PRESIDENCY SMALL CAUSES COURTS ACT, 1882 OR LICENSE AND EVICTION SUIT FOR EVICTION OF GRATUITOUS LICENSEE UNDER THE SECTION 26 OF THE PROVINCIAL SMALL CAUSES COURTS ACT, 1887

This is a precedent of suit to be filed, before the Small Causes Court or Court of Civil Judge for recovery of possession on the ground that the occupant was the gratuitous licensee whose license is terminated and unlawfully continuing to be in use and occupation of the suit premises , under section 41 of the Presidency Small Causes Courts Act, 1882 and under section 26 of The Provincial Small Causes Court Act,1887.
