SUIT BEFORE THE SMALL CAUSES COURT (OR BEFORE THE COURT OF THE CIVIL JUDGE) FOR SEEKING EVICTION OF THE TENANT ON THE GROUND OF NON-PAYMENT OF RENT AND PERMITTED INCREASES UNDER SECTION 15(2) OF THE MAHARASHTRA RENT CONTROL ACT, 1999

DEED OF TRANSFER BY WHICH THE LANDLORD IS TRANSFERRING THE UNIT IN FAVOUR OF THE PURCHASER AND AT THE SAME TIME THE EXISTING TENANT IS SURRENDERING HIS TENANCY RIGHTS IN FAVOUR OF THE PURCHASER

There is an existing Tenant in the premises. The Landlords/Owners are desirous of transferring the ownership of the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the Tenant is surrendering his tenancy rights so that the Purchasers get the ownership of the premises with the vacant possession from the Tenant. This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer by which the Landlord is transferring the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the existing Tenant is surrendering the tenancy rights.
