AGREEMENT OF TENANCY

DEED OF TRANSFER BY WHICH THE LANDLORD IS TRANSFERRING THE UNIT IN FAVOUR OF THE PURCHASER AND AT THE SAME TIME THE EXISTING TENANT IS SURRENDERING HIS TENANCY RIGHTS IN FAVOUR OF THE PURCHASER

There is an existing Tenant in the premises. The Landlords/Owners are desirous of transferring the ownership of the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the Tenant is surrendering his tenancy rights so that the Purchasers get the ownership of the premises with the vacant possession from the Tenant. This is a precedent of Deed of Transfer by which the Landlord is transferring the premises in favour of the Purchasers and at the same time the existing Tenant is surrendering the tenancy rights.
