The Vendor is the Owner of an immovable property and has already leased the same to the Lessee on long lease. The Purchaser desires to acquire Vendor’s reversionary right in the said immovable property. This is a precedent of Deed of Conveyance whereby the Vendor is transferring his reversionary rights in the property to the Purchasers.
